At scale, however, managing registrations, pricing, invoicing, communication, and attendance across multiple audiences and editions quickly becomes complex. This complexity increases with multiple ticket types, optional sessions, sponsors, or add-on products. When managed across separate tools and spreadsheets, it becomes difficult to maintain control and keep participant and financial data aligned
Integrated event administration
The Zeno Events module helps publishers manage the full event process, from setup and registration to invoicing and reporting. By combining participant administration, pricing, communication, and financial handling in one system, Zeno reduces manual work and gives teams real-time insight into registrations, attendance, and event performance.

Event setup and participant registration
Zeno supports conferences, seminars, workshops, trainings, and educational programs, including the registration of optional or mandatory sub-sessions. Publishers can configure different participant groups, pricing models, sponsor deals, and commissioning parties within the same event setup. The module also supports early-bird pricing, target-group based pricing such as student rates, and the sale or free distribution of related items such as books or parking tickets.
Automation and financial processing
Zeno supports the automatic invoicing of participants, including the charging of administrative fees for cancellations after a certain date. Confirmation messages can be sent automatically, helping teams manage communication efficiently. Participants can also be moved to a future edition when needed, while financial handling can take place within Zeno Finance or through external systems such as AFAS or Exact.


Integrations and operational insights
Zeno integrates with external tools such as [Aanmelder.nl] (http://aanmelder.nl/) and Coachview, and provides an API for importing participants from third-party systems. This allows publishers to fit event administration into their broader digital landscape. At the same time, the module provides real-time insight into participant numbers, participant lists, attendance, and event performance. Teams can generate presence lists, badges, and detailed reports by event, module, origin, or participant type.
