Zeno in Flanders: a challenging and exciting implementation

After several implementations of Zeno in Belgium over the years, we have recently been active again with our southern neighbors. While we're familiar with some important differences in working methods (such as VAT rules), each new project comes with its own surprises.

Last year, we implemented Zeno at Halewijn in Antwerp. And although on the one hand you're 'just' in Antwerp, crossing the city to the left bank is a job that requires patience. But when you arrive at the beautiful location: an old monastery, you immediately forget the hustle and bustle of the city. At Halewijn, we have worked on the digitization and automation of subscriptions and book sales, specifically focusing on parish magazines that are personalized every week and distributed centrally from the printing shop. This title has almost 100,000 subscribers spread across Flanders, which made this project extra meaningful.
