Nederlands Dagblad switches to Zeno

After 20 years, the Nederlands Dagblad was looking for a new solution to administer subscriptions and advertisers. “An exciting exercise,” says Jaap Meijer. “How do you get employees who have been working with something for 10 years or more excited about a completely new solution?”
Is all that going well?
The priorities for the switch to Zeno were a pleasant interface, easy reporting and easy connection with other systems for the Nederlands Dagblad. Jaap Meijer explains: “It was an exciting exercise. Users who have been working with a package for 10 years or more are often not easy to get excited about a completely new solution. In addition, the previous package was increasingly adapted to our needs over time and thus became a customized suit. Will all that work out if you switch to another solution?”
“We were surprised in all areas. Socho IT is a small but highly efficient and reliable organization. Perhaps the best project manager I've seen in 20 years. Users who were convinced of the new solution throughout the project and beyond. Reporting that we can adjust quickly and smoothly ourselves. And other partners of the Nederlands Dagblad were usually able to integrate smoothly via the well-documented web services. All in all, a very successful project with only winners. And even in the period after the transition, questions will be addressed and answered without delay.”
A very successful project with only winners— Jaap Meijer
