AgriMedia and Socho IT complete Zeno N deployment

Implementing software in times of corona. There is quite a bit involved. Together with AgriMedia, we therefore worked intensively online. To ensure that AgriMedia can manage all administrative processes in one system with Zeno N. From relationships to subscriptions, conferences and participants to all finances.

The best at working remotely

Put Zeno into use. Everyone knows what to do then. In February 2021, things were different. Due to the corona measures, we were unable to do the implementation physically this time. And then the question suddenly becomes: how do we do this if we have to do it remotely together? We quickly figured it out: if it can't do the way it should, it should be done as it should. And that was possible! AgriMedia and Socho IT huddled together online in Microsoft Teams and completed the implementation together thanks to the flexibility of everyone involved within scope and budget.

With Zeno N, AgriMedia's advertising process has now also been further automated. Where AgriMedia already used Ad2Print and Banner2Base in mid-2020, this software is now also linked to Zeno N. This link only requires account managers to enter ad orders once and advertisers then automatically receive an email asking them to provide the advertising material.

Looking further together

Now that the foundation is in place and the implementation has largely been completed, AgriMedia is already looking at further optimization of processes and improving the customer experience. “We still come across tricks that simplify daily work,” says Saskia van Velzen, responsible for finances and P&O at AgriMedia.

The next step will be connecting Zeno N to the Marketing Automation software and/or the websites, newsletters and digital magazines. By connecting these systems, AgriMedia prevents a lot of manual work and enhances the user experience. New subscribers, for example, will soon be activated much faster, so they can immediately consult premium content, archives and digital magazines and no longer have to wait for the next trade magazine.
